How It Started
I’ve spent over 20 years working in admin and systems across busy, real world environments where things had to work properly.
Over time, I saw the same problem again and again. Good businesses were getting steady work, but struggling behind the scenes because their systems weren’t set up right.
Things were being missed, admin was piling up, and everything felt harder than it needed to be.
That experience led me to focus on helping trade and service businesses get their systems sorted properly, including working with platforms like ServiceM8 and NextMinute and improving the way day to day admin actually runs.
Just Ask Tash was built to fix that.
Now I work with tradies and service businesses to clean up their systems, simplify how things run, and make the day to day easier to manage.
