While that is part of what I do, my focus is helping tradies and service businesses get their systems, tech and workflows set up properly so things run smoothly day to day. That can include fixing tech issues, setting up job management systems, improving workflows, and helping you stay on top of quoting and invoicing. Most of the time, the problem is not the work. It is the systems behind it.

I work with a range of systems, but most commonly ServiceM8, NextMinute, and general job management and admin systems. If you are using something else, that is fine. The goal is to make your systems simple and easy to manage.

Pricing depends on what you need. There are one on one sessions for targeted help, system setup and clean ups scoped to your business, and ongoing support available if you need regular help. Sessions start from 199 dollars. The best place to start is a discovery call so I can point you in the right direction.

No. You can book a single session, get help with one issue, or work together longer term if needed. Everything is flexible based on what works for your business.
