✔ Travel planning & booking
✔ ServiceM8 support
✔ … and more! If you need help with something specific, just ask!

What are your business hours?

9 AM to 3 PM, Monday to Friday — but we can often work outside these hours to meet your needs.

What tools do you use?

We love Outlook, Dropbox, OneDrive, Xero, ServiceM8, NextMinute, Dubsado, Go High Level and more. We adapt quickly to new platforms too!

What are your payment terms?

We have strict 7-day payment terms. Invoices are issued weekly, and payment is expected within 7 days of the invoice date. Package options are available — unused hours are non-transferable.

Can you handle urgent tasks?

Yes! Urgent rates apply for work needed within 24 hours (2-hour minimum).

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we’re fully covered with Professional Indemnity insurance.

How quickly can you get started?

We can usually get started within 24 hours if everything (including paperwork) is completed quickly enough.

Do you work with businesses outside of Australia?

No, we only work with Australian businesses.

Do I need to sign a contract?

Yes, we have a service agreement that will need to be signed before any work commences.

What’s the difference between a VA and an employee?

A VA is a flexible, cost-effective alternative to an employee. You only pay for the time worked — no sick pay, annual leave, or superannuation required. Plus, you don’t need to provide equipment or office space.

What’s the best way to communicate with you?

Email is best, followed by text — and if it’s urgent, give us a call.

What’s the next step?

Let's have a Virtual Coffee Catch-up to chat about your needs!
