  • What is a Virtual Assistant?
    A Virtual Assistant is an office administration professional that works from the comfort of their own home office, anywhere they want to be! They are generally sole traders, carrying their own ABN, insurances and they work the hours of their choosing.
  • What does a Virtual Assistant do?
    Well, there are endless ways this can be answered, but in short, a Virtual Assistant does the majority of things that a personal assistant or office administrator does, but they’re never in your office - so you're not paying overhead costs. A VA can answer your phone calls, reply to customer emails, invoice your clients… anything you can do online, your Virtual Assistant can help you with.
  • What can a Virtual Assistant do for me?
    Below is a small list of tasks that I can help you with: Scheduling work Updating website content Create and research social media content Document formatting and creation Event coordination Research Reporting Virtual Reception Calendar and email management Booking travel ServiceM8 support and much, much more!   • Why should I hire Just Ask Tash?
    If you’re weighing up the pros and cons, we’d suggest giving us a trial run. You can then decide based on results, rather than words. We often speak to Clients who’ve made the jump or worked with overseas VA's and not had great results. We can assure you, you will see results within the first few weeks of working with us!
  • What hours are you available?
    Our core hours are 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. Though you can find us working outside these hours each day too! We’re usually reasonably flexible and happy to accommodate your business needs.
  • What tools do you use to get the job done?
    There are so many tools available to us online to make working remotely easy for everyone. We love: Document sharing - Dropbox and OneDrive Emails - Outlook (preferred) and Gmail Software - Office365, Adobe, Visio CRM - Dubsado Accounting - Xero Website - Wix Document signing - Dubsado, Dropbox Sign with experience in many others Software - ServiceM8, NextMinute and Dubsado Proven capacity to learn and utilise other software packages rapidly.
  • What are your payment terms and conditions?
    Our Payment T&Cs are: Hourly Rates are invoiced weekly and have a strict 7 day payment term. Packages are slightly different and will need to be discussed. We accept direct deposit (preferred) and credit card payment*. All details are noted on your invoice/s. *charges apply for credit card payments.
  • Do you offer an hourly rate or packages?
    We offer both for VA Services - sorry packages are not suitable for Virtual Reception services. We highly recommend starting with an hourly rate and moving to a package once hours have been established each week so you get the best value for money. Our packages are: Please note: unused package hours are not transferable and must be used within the timeframe given. Additional terms and conditions apply for packages.   • What if I need a task or service not listed on your website?
    That's ok, we are here to help! Just Ask Tash hire experienced subcontractors to complete tasks and services outside of our scope of work. Please contact us anytime to discuss your requirements in more detail.
  • Can you help with urgent tasks?
    Of course! Please send an enquiry and we will get a service agreement established and can then start your urgent task/s. Our urgent work rate will apply if work is required within 24 hours. We have a 2 hour minimum requirement for urgent work.
  • Do you have insurance?
    Yes! We hold Professional Indemnity insurance. This is available for viewing by our Clients anytime.
  • What's the next step?

Before work can commence both parties must sign a Virtual Assistant Service Agreement. This will be issued once both parties are happy with the working arrangement.
